Initial Needs Analysis

We will delve into your company’s culture, expectations, needs and the technical requirements for the position. For best results, Certified’s recruiters frequently meet or speak directly with hiring managers to learn the skills and qualities of a desired candidate first hand.

Sourcing

Once we have the technical requirements for each open position, we begin our sourcing process. Certified is continuously adding experienced candidates to our database.

Interviewing

As candidates are identified, the interview process begins. We gather as much information about each candidate. This includes discussion of specific skills in regards to the technical requirements, work experience, work preferences, work style and a number of behavioral interview questions to determine how they react to situations in the workplace.

Testing & Screening

Candidates are tested through our web-based testing programs on a number of tests for their attention to detail, understanding of general office skills, typing, and/or any software needed for a particular open position. Certified will screen each candidate to meet your requirements. Screening is customizable and may include: background checks, credit checks, drug screen, verifying certifications and any other unique screening requirements.

Presentation

Once all previous steps are completed, we present the candidate. This presentation can include a written assessment of the candidate and why we believe they are an excellent choice, the candidate’s resume, test scores, and reference information.

Do you charge a fee for your services?

Yes. Certified charges either a fee or a percentage markup depending upon the service you request (temporary, temp to hire or direct hire placements). Factors such as length of assignment, complexity of the work, work shift and risk factors are incorporated in our pricing. Our rates are competitive and equitable.

Why should I use your service?

There are any number of reasons for you to utilize Certified. Much of which depends on what the most critical factors are for you. We can customize our service to meet your criteria. What is the advantage of using a temporary agency?

Do you test the candidates on their software skills?

Yes, we have a large number of tests available to ensure our candidates meet your standards. We construct a testing plan for each client business.

How long before I can hire employee to my payroll?

You may hire at any time for a discounted fee, depending on how long the person has been on the assignment.

Do you conduct background checks on employees?

Certified will conduct any required background checks upon a client’s request.

What is the screening process?

Certified will screen, test, qualify and personally interview each candidate, not only for their skill set, but also for their career goals and personality. Screening is customizable and may include: background checks, credit checks, drug screen, vision testing and any other screening requirements.
